This is Bella Ramsey’s iPhone 16 Pro Ad that Apple Pulled After Delaying Upgraded Siri AI

HBO post-apocalyptic drama ‘The Last of Us’ star Bella Ramsey’s iPhone 16 Pro ad was pulled after Apple announced it was delaying their long awaited upgraded Siri AI experience. This release was originally planned for iOS 18.4 and would have included functions such as personal context as well as in-app actions.
No reason was given for the delay, but Apple spokesperson Jacqueline Roy did say that in just the past six months, the AI team has made Siri more conversational by introducing new features like type to Siri and product knowledge, along with ChatGPT integration. Or, they could just be waiting for the iPhone 17 series to launch and say that these upgraded features require more RAM, like the 12GB rumored for the iPhone 17 Pro / iPhone 17 Pro Max, to function properly.
[We’ve] been working on a more personalized Siri, giving it more awareness of your personal context, as well as the ability to take action for you within and across your apps. It’s going to take us longer than we thought to deliver on these features and we anticipate rolling them out in the coming year,” said Apple in a statement released on Friday.
