Hands-On Look at the Upcoming Google Pixel 9a Shows Why it Will Give Apple’s iPhone 16e Competition

We are about a week away from the official Google Pixel 9a unveiling, and at least one person has managed to get their hands on a retail unit, or so it appears. For starters, it has a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 48MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide, which already makes it a better choice for those interested in mobile photography.
Other features allegedly include a 6.28″ (2424 x 1080) OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, Google’s Tensor G4 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, a 13MP front-facing selfie camera, and a 5,100 mAh battery. It’s expected to be priced from $499 USD, or the same as the Pixel 8a.
