Microsoft Rumored to be Releasing ASUS x Xbox Handheld Later This Year

Microsoft is rumored to be releasing an ASUS x Xbox handheld gaming PC later this year. Why? The company hopes to ultimately unify both the Windows and Xbox platforms into one seamless operating system.
This secretive device is codenamed Project Kennan, and purportedly brings the best of console as well as PC gaming together, eliminating the clunkiness of current Windows-powered PC handhelds. Technical information has not yet been revealed, but we imagine it being powered by an AMD Ryzen or Qualcomm processor. Pricing is expected to be somewhere around $499 – $599 USD, possibly competing directly with the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.

The Xbox handheld must be either a handheld PC with a custom Windows 11 interface (that might trickle down to standard desktops) and quick access to Xbox Cloud, or else a hybrid build able to play Xbox AND PC games natively.
