Google Pixel 9a Gets Reviewed Ahead of Official Reveal, Might be Company’s Best Budget Smartphone Yet

We’re just days away from the Google Pixel 9a reveal, but a handful of YouTubers apparently got their hands on retail units already, with several of them providing hands-on reviews as well as benchmarks. We’re assuming that most stores have already received their allotment and these devices are just ones that accidentally put on the shelf early.
Measuring 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 mm, this handset features a 6.3″ OLED (1080 x 2424) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Google Tensor G4 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB of internal storage, dual rear cameras (48MP Main + 13MP Ultra-Wide), a 13MP ultra-wide selfie camera, and a 5,100mAh battery sporting 23W wired fast charging. It’s expected to retail for $499 USD for the 128GB model and $599 if you opt for 256GB of storage.
