This Might be the World’s First and Only Honda Prelude with Two Functional Engines

You’ve seen the 2025 Honda Prelude, but what about the world’s first and only 2000 Honda Prelude with two functional engines? That’s right, it has the original front-mounted 2.2-liter H22A4 inline-4 as well as an additional H22A4 engine mounted in the rear where the trunk and rear seats would normally be.

This bi-motor setup effectively makes it an all-wheel-drive monster, with each engine driving its respective axle. The idea behind such a build is to double the power output—potentially pushing it to 400 horsepower or more, depending on tuning—while creating a unique driving experience.
