2026 Hyundai IONIQ 6 and IONIQ 6 N Line Revealed, Could Have Up to 577HP

Finally, the 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 6 and IONIQ 6 N Line have been revealed at the Seoul Mobility Show 2025 after months of rumors. The former, a streamliner sedan, has been updated with a sleek, modern exterior featuring a “shark-nose” front design, slim separate daytime running lights (DRLs), and main lamps for a more futuristic look.
The IONIQ 6 N Line, unveiled alongside it, takes inspiration from the RN22e Rolling Lab (released in 2022), adding a bold, aggressive flair. It features sculptural wing-shaped bumpers at the front and rear, a single-line side sill for a lower stance, and extensive black coloring at the rear for sporty proportions.

The refreshed IONIQ 6 and the IONIQ 6 N Line share the same electric vehicle platform (E-GMP) as their predecessors, but specific powertrain numbers for the updated models have not yet been revealed. However, the IONIQ 6 may follow in its predecessor’s footsteps, offering a Standard Range with a single rear-wheel-drive (RWD) motor producing 149 horsepower, and a Long Range RWD version ups that to 225 horsepower.
Now what you’ve all been waiting for… the IONIQ 6 N Line. Well, it’s based on the 2022 RN22e Rolling Lab concept, which sports a dual-motor AWD setup generating 577 horsepower and 546 lb-ft of torque, powered by a 77.4 kWh battery.
The IONIQ 6’s 800V architecture ensures ultra-fast charging (10% to 80% in 18 minutes at 350 kW), and the N Line and N models should retain this. As for pricing, expect the IONIQ 6 to start between $43,000 – $47,000 and the IONIQ 6 N Line at $55,000.
IONIQ 6 has evolved from a single Electrified Streamliner into a lineup, each model expressing its own character while staying true to one refined vision. Under the evolved design concept of ‘Pure Flow, Refined’, we’ve enhanced every line and detail to make IONIQ 6 simpler and more progressive,” said Simon Loasby, Senior Vice President and Head of Hyundai Design Center.
